Announcing Your Clear Next Step Training Classes

Sinnika Waugh will be our featured speaker at our May 19 educational event at Bellevue University. She will also teach two classes in partnership with the Heartland Chapter earlier in the day.

Following are descriptions of the classes along with links to register for them on the Your Clear Next Step website. Please consider attending one or both of the sessions from our friends at YCNS!

Introduction to the Project Lifecycle: 8:30AM-2:30PM, May 19th

http://www.yourclearnextstep.com/rsvpmaker/intro-to-the-project-lifecycle/

This crash course in high-level project knowledge is for anyone who works on project teams, but doesn’t necessarily wear a PM hat. PM and BA crossover expert Sinikka Waugh will help you “get” projects and understand how what you’re working on fits into the bigger picture. You’ll cover the constants of Project Management and see the patterns that repeat, project after project, without getting into all the nitty-gritty details that project managers need to know.

We’ll take a good look at projects from the BA standpoint, including what you need to know on larger projects, along with tools to right-size and simplify smaller projects.

Play Well with Others: 3:00PM-4:30PM, May 19th

http://www.yourclearnextstep.com/rsvpmaker/play-well-with-others-2015-5-19/

This is one of our most-requested classes, so we wanted to give you a chance to see what it’s all about! On the off-chance that you find yourself dealing with difficult behaviors in the workplace (or anywhere else), this session will help you improve your skills in working with people who are preventing progress, and in recognizing and managing common difficult behaviors – even in yourself.
